Architects launch property development company

Architect Jorge Y. Ramos recently launched Wishwood Development Corporation, a company that handles the development of some real estate industry players and provides allied consultation services which includes the architectural firm Jorge Y. Ramos and Associates. The company will also provide services in urban planning, architecture, design and property development. His son, Nick Ramos is the company’s Architectural Designer.

Since the start of the company’s operations, much development in the real estate industry has happened but “the aspiration to live well remains,” according to Architect Ramos. The changing nature of the industry dictates the need to respond to the market by merging real estate mastery with customer’s lifestyle ideals.

Combining the tenets of urban living, structural soundness, investment mastery and environmental awareness, the new company has taken community planning into a holistic perspective.
